The identity that falls apart — when every post looks different
Open your page and look at the last 10 posts. If each one looks different from the last, that is a fragmented identity, not variety.
Varied content is a good thing. A design that changes shape every single time is a completely different thing — and it hurts more than it helps.
Why it happens
- There are no brand guidelines, so every designer or employee designs by instinct.
- Ready-made templates from different sources get used without unifying colours and fonts.
- The look keeps changing in search of "something that grabs attention".
The fix is not complexity
The fix is not elaborate templates — it is three or four fixed elements (the same colours, the same font, the same way of placing the logo) repeated across different pieces of content.
A consistent identity means trust. A fragmented one means a customer feels they are dealing with a different company each time.
